Create your baseline

Sign in so progress can sync, choose the surah you are actively working on, then set a daily ayah target that you can keep even on busy days.

  • Use the active surah selector to focus the dashboard on one memorization goal.
  • Set the daily target to the number of ayat you can recite with quality, not the highest number you can rush through.
  • Log existing memorization in the library so Hifzrehal starts from your real level.

Read the main screen

The dashboard brings together your active surah, today's target, memorized ayat, streak, review queue, recall drill, and overall Quran progress.

  • Use the progress ring to see how much of the full Quran is memorized.
  • Use quick stats to check consistency, sessions saved, and current momentum.
  • Let the efficient plan section show whether your daily target matches the work ahead.

Memorize

Record high-quality progress

After a memorization session, update the ayat count for the surah and mark the quality honestly. The quality rating controls how soon Hifzrehal brings that surah back for review.

  • Choose strong only when you can recite smoothly without prompting.
  • Choose ok when the passage is mostly present but still needs strengthening.
  • Choose weak when you needed frequent correction or could not complete the passage.

Review

Protect what you already know

The due review list is the most important daily section. Review due surahs before adding new ayat so older memorization stays alive.

  • Start each session with due review, then move to new memorization.
  • Use the recall drill for quick testing when you have a few spare minutes.
  • Lower the quality if a surah felt shaky so it returns sooner.

Reminders

Set review prompts

Reminders help you return at the right time. Use browser notifications for immediate review prompts, or save email and phone details for your own tracking.

  • Open a surah reminder, choose a method, and set the date and time.
  • Allow browser notifications if you want Hifzrehal to notify you while signed in.
  • Use the bell icon to see unread review reminders.

Library

Manage all 114 surahs

The library is where you search, filter, update status, and inspect each surah's ayah count and review state.

  • Filter by status to find new, learning, review, or memorized surahs.
  • Search by surah number or name when you need to update one item quickly.
  • Keep statuses honest so the dashboard and review queue stay useful.

Account

Keep your work synced

Signed-in progress is saved to your account. The account page shows your profile, sign-in method, last save time, sessions, memorized ayat, and active surah.

  • Sign in before long sessions so progress is stored on the server.
  • Check the last progress save if something feels out of date.
  • Use export and import when you want your own backup copy.

Keep the loop small enough to repeat every day. Consistency does the heavy lifting.

  2. Recite yesterday's new ayat from memory.
  3. Memorize today's target in short phrases.
